THAILAND

 

Thailand is a tourist destination very appreciated

by the international tourism for its natural beauties and the low costs. It is a nation in strong growth economically. This is due to 2 factors: the first one the strong political stability (it is a constitutional monarchy) and the second is the working ability of its people, calm, helpful, economic and sure (from the point of view of the safety for the tourist). This strong growth, make the prices of the grounds and of the housing-esate properties, residential and not, in the turn of few years, grows of value in almost exponential way, revaluing itself in the time. The nation is very great, however the concentration of the tourism is mainly in some strategic points among which the island of Phuket. For this last island the sought after zone is the town of Patong, with its beautiful whites beaches.
